  3. Users will receive airdrops or other community rewards from the listed projects on Loop Fans. 

  4. Client relationship management purpose, analyse the services you maybe interested in, for internal administrative and operational processes.

  5. We may also send invitation and information from the makers about events, publications, and services provided by the launchpad.

  6. We may provide the essential user data to the NFT projects taking place at our launchpads.

  7. We would collect analytics for the purposes of developing or improving our services, security, service quality, and advertising strategies.

2. California Consumer Privacy Act

a) The CCPA, which comes into force on January 1, 2020, is a law that provides California consumers certain rights with respect to their personal information. b) Loop does not sell its customers’ or users’ personal information. Where a business subject to the CCPA has entered into a services or subscription agreement with Loop, Loop will also act as a service provider to that business. Specifically, Loop will process such customers’ personal information only for the purposes set forth in the applicable agreement, and will cooperate with customers to fulfill deletion or access requests.
